In order to register yourself with the conference and make a hotel reservation, you are kindly asked to fill in the registration form and send it to the Official Agent (KNT) by FAX.

Registration fee and the accommodation deposit will be charged after we confirm your online registration. Reservations will not be accepted unless accompanied by this payment. Payment can be made by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, JCB or Diners Club).

Late Registration

The registration fee for participants after July 23rd is JPY40000. There are no blocked rooms in hotel after this deadline, so a different room rate might be applied. Please contact the official agent desk at KNT for more information. The final registration deadline is August 26th.

Registration Fee

The registration fee for participants is JPY32000. The fee includes: cost for conference rooms, organization costs, the conference dinner and social activities during the conference. The discount registration fee for students is JPY22000. The fee for accompanying persons is JPY8000 per person for the conference dinner and the social activity. All participants, including oral/poster presenters, must be registered. People taking part in only the RD51 meeting do not need to pay the registration fee.

Hotel Reservation

The rooms for all participants have been blocked and are offered at special rate. To facilitate concentrated discussions at the conference, all participants will stay in the hotel with full board (breakfasts, lunches and dinners). There are two types of rooms; single and twin. We have blocked enough rooms in total, but the number of single rooms is limited (only 20 rooms). Single rooms will be reserved preferentially for young students on a first-come first-served basis. The hotel deposit is JPY10000 per person.Your deposit will be credited to your hotel bill.

Schedule

We will hold the conference reception on Sunday, August 28th in the evening. The conference sessions start on Monday, the 29th early in the morning, and continue until the evening of Wednesday, the 31st. The conference dinner (banquet) will be served on the evening of Wednesday, The 31st. The social activity (free discussion during the excursion) will be held on Thursday, September 1st from morning to evening. The RD51 meeting starts on Friday, the 2nd early in the morning, and continues until the afternoon of Saturday, the 3rd.

Cancellation and refund Policy

Cancellation request must be submitted in writing by E-mail by July 22nd, 2011 to both the MPGD2011 registration desk( E-mail: mpgd2011gmail.com ) and the official agent desk( E-mail: eckansai2or.knt.co.jp ).

Registration fee
An administrative fee of 2,000JPY (including 5% sales tax) will be deducted from the total amount originally charged. No refunds will be given for cancellation after July 23rd, except in the event of a force majeure (natural disaster, war, unavailability of transportation, etc.)

Kinki Nippon Tourist Co., Ltd. will use personal information strictly for the purpose of communication with participants, administration of the workshop and related events, and arrangement and receipt of services provided by transportation and accommodations etc. KNT will provide personal data of participants to the workshop secretariat, transportation companies and accommodation facilities and others within the scope necessary for workshop administration and travel arrangements.
