Deadline of hotel reservations by LOC: March 31

Deadline of abstract submissions: May 17

Registration fee is 10,000Yen. It covers registration, proceedings, and Kamioka underground visit. We will recieve in cash on site.

Workshop dinner is 7,000Yen. This is not included in the registration fee.

Lunch fee for Kamioka tour is 1,000Yen. This is not included in the registration fee.
